Please remember that most of our items are one off's, if you see something you like, put it in your basket before someone else does!

Delivery

Delivery for all items is FREE within the UK.
 
If you are from outside the UK please send us an email or give us a ring on 00 44 7775 898 070 and we can discuss your postage cost.
 
Parcels are sent first class via Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 and we always aim for next working day despatch.
 
We always retain proof of postage.

Returns

At Bump Smart we always try to ensure that all of our item descriptions are as accurate and as honest as possible, however we are sure there will be occasions where you wish to return an item to us for whatever reason.
 
This is not a problem at all.
 
Items can be returned to us at the buyer's expense within 14 days of purchase, for a refund, exchange or credit against future purchases, providing they are still in the condition they were dispatched, minus a £1.50 administration cost per item. This also applies to items returned for an exchange.
 
If you are intending to return an item a completed returns note must be included with your item

Your account will be credited after we have received and verified the item count and item condition.
 
It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
